90 DAY SLEEP TRIAL
At Bellisima Sleep, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That's why we offer a 90 Day Sleep Trial with every mattress order. We understand that it can take time to adjust to a new mattress, which is why we require a minimum break-in period of 30 days before any returns can be initiated.
If, after the initial 30 days, you find that your new mattress isn't right for you, don't worry - we'll make it easy for you to return it. Simply get in touch with our customer service team and we'll arrange for the mattress to be picked up from your home, or we will provide you with convenient disposal recommendations. You’ll receive a refund minus a $99 processing fee.
We believe in the quality of our products, and we're confident that our customers will love their new mattress. With our 90 day sleep trial, you can rest easy knowing that you have the time to fully experience the comfort and luxury of our mattresses before making a final decision. So, if at any time during your 90 day sleep trial you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and we'll work out the details of your return with you.
We ask that customers fully inspect all orders upon delivery. Once delivery is accepted mattresses cannot be returned during the break-in period unless there are verifiable manufacturer defects. In the event of a manufacturer defect the mattress must be clean and undamaged due to abnormal use, based on our judgement.
You may only have one mattress/foundation returned per delivery address for each 60 month period.
We stand by our mattresses and warrant our mattresses and foundations to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions for 5 - 10 years - depending on the product purchased. Bellisima Sleep will repair, replace or provide pro-rated credit, at our discretion, products that are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials. The warranty does not apply to any clearance products marked as defective or to products purchased by unauthorized third party resellers. Proof of purchase required. Warranty only applies to original purchaser only.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper foundations, box springs, adjustable bases, or bed frames.
- Normal wear and tear that occurs in all mattresses including a normal increase in softness of the materials over time.
- Physical damage to cover materials due to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains.
Bellisima Sleep warranties do not include transportation or removal costs associated with repairing or replacement. In the event a mattress is replaced, the replacement mattress will not be covered under warranty.
